150k/ ticket + 700k for boat. If you go alone Will expensive. But if Share boat cost with group then will be better. bOat capacity 12 poeple. Leave A tips to Boat Rider It Will be Help coz hard Job to Padel inside the Cave 1.2 kms if you are 12 poeple it will very Heard work for them.

Really beautiful place to visit. Its very tourist-oriented so it gets quite tightly packed with the boats inside the cave, but even so, its pretty well organized. They also set it up so you can get off and walk around in the cave. You can either kayak or take a boat (private or shared). If you take a boat, tip your drivers well, they're incredible!

🌊 Phong Nha Cave – Magical River Cave Experience. Went here as part of a tour with Sovaba and it was such a special experience. After a relaxing boat ride on the river, we slowly entered the cave — and it was magical. The inside is dark, cool, and quiet. You just float through the cave with beautiful rock shapes all around. Such a peaceful and unforgettable moment. 🙏 Don’t forget to tip the boat crew — they work hard, and it’s a small way to show appreciation. Thanks again to our guide Victor from Sovaba Tours for making this trip so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Found another group to share a boat with, actually 3 groups of people who just met at the ticketing area. Boat cost was shared and we all saved. Cave was cool and an experience to not forget. We did the two cave journey and enjoyed it a lot. Fun was had all round by us and our new friends from UK, Sweden and Italy. We did this system before paradise cave as to be not underwhelmed.

Once again, Phong Nha Cave did not disappoint. The journey starts with a scenic 20-minute boat ride along the river surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and thick jungle. Due to recent upstream rainfall in Laos, the water level was too high for boats to go deep into the cave, so we disembarked at the entrance and explored on foot. The cave itself is enormous, with massive chambers and breathtaking limestone formations lit up beautifully to showcase their natural detail. The walkways are well-designed, making access inside easy and safe even for casual visitors. From delicate stalactites to towering rock curtains, the cave’s scale and beauty are awe-inspiring. I’d recommend allowing 90–110 to fully walk-through without feeling rushed. If you’re in Phong Nha, this is an absolute must-visit—rain or shine, it’s a geological wonder you won’t forget.
